Rose is once again in the Top 100 list of Australia’s most influential engineers

Congratulations to Prof Rose Amal, our leader, for once again being chosen as one of the Top 100 list of Australia’s most influential engineers by Engineers Australia. Rose has been nominated in the innovation/expertise category for the significant breakthrough in the development of photoactive materials with the ability to generate and store excited charges under solar illumination, and release this stored energy in the dark on demand. It’s novelty lies on the ability to utilise the solar energy conversion and storage in single material system. The stored electron can also used to generate Hydrogen.
